It is polyester based U. V. Stabilized Resin which gives total protection from U. V. rays emitted by Sunlight.

 

 

We give the guarantee for the quality of F. R. P. Sheets for 5 years against any kind of leakages, cracking etc. But this guarantee gets automatically gets void if some deliberate attempts like striking of some external impacts, heavy rubbing, striking, chipping with pointed any kind of material is carried out on the supplied F. R. P. sheets. Then the maintenance job work will be executed on the chargeable basis.

 

 

We are manufacturing F. R. P. sheets as per IS Standard as per their specification IS as per test report o: 3936

 

 

Details of Superiority of Standard quality as compared to commercial quality of F. R. P. Translucent Sheets.

 

 

As compare to standard quality of F. R. P. Translucent sheets, commercial grade of F. R. P. Translucent Sheets are having following disadvantages:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Variation of thickness @ 15 to 20% approximately occurs.

 

 

Lower / inferior grade of basic raw material are utilized in manufacturing of commercial F.R.P. Sheets.

 

 

 

 

These types of sheets do not provide protection against U. V. Rays emitted from sunlight thus it is harmful for the working personals different kind of work / activities under the roofing area.

 

 

Average life span is approximately 1 to 2 years for commercial grade of F. R. P. Sheets. It may crack down on receiving external impacts.

 

 

In scorching sunlight / heat, upper layer of resin may evaporative, it may crack and it may deform little bit.

 

 

It proves to be a hazardous application for the maintenance personals working on the roof.

 

 

Occurrence of yellowish is faster as compared to standard quality of sheets.
